Creating the foundation to lose weight


1. Track your eating habits

2. Cut down your carbs

3. Increase your activity levels (via exercise, routine walks, etc.)

4. Tracking your caloric intakes

5. Monitor your progress

6. Seek out health practitioners if need be (i.e. nutritionists, doctors, personal trainers, etc.)

    If you've hit a wall in terms of making health progress, it's time to make changes in your life. this could mean: 1. Changes in your routine 2. Changes in your friends (i.e. gym buddies, etc.) 3. Changes in your diet 4. Changes in your advisers (i.e. seek guidance from additional resources)

    1. You need to own the process 2. You need to commit to it 3. Stay motivated and engaged with your health 4. Focus on long-term success not short term gains 5. Seek guidance when you are unsure about something (i.e. via a nutritionist, doctor, therapist, etc.)
