1. Track your eating habits 2. Cut down your carbs 3. Increase your activity levels (via exercise, routine walks, etc.) 4. Tracking your caloric intakes 5. Monitor your progress 6. Seek out health practitioners if need be (i.e. nutritionists, doctors, personal trainers, etc.)
I don't know about you guys but my experience with health practitioners has been terrible all my life, that's why I think Rise Above does such a good job as the client experience and happiness is the #1 focus in providing health care.
